Air Fryer Roasted Garlic
Air fryer roasted garlic is an easy way to get sweet, mellow garlic without turning your oven on! This air fryer version requires no cleanup and no oven preheating. If you are a roasted garlic fan, you must try this!

Cut a large piece of foil. The piece should be large enough to hold 2 heads of garlic, and to fold up into a pouch.
With a sharp knife, cut the top of the garlic head off to expose the individual cloves.

Place both heads of garlic onto the sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bring the edges of the foil up and close the foil into a pouch/packet.
2 tablespoon Olive oil, ½ teaspoon Kosher salt, ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Place the pouch in the air fryer, and roast for 1 hour at 375°F.
Let the garlic cool to room temperature, and squeeze the cloves out of the skin to use.
Close the foil firmly: Seal the foil pouch tightly to trap the steam inside. This will keep the garlic cloves soft, instead of hard and burnt.
Easy way to remove cloves: Place a head of garlic between the two metal arms of kitchen tongs and squeeze the head of garlic together. This will squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out easily.
