Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dark rum
  • 2 oz Malibu rum
  • 4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ cup Cream of coco
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • 3 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Lime juiced

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend the piña colada together on high power, until the fruit has broken down and the consistency is smooth.
  • Serve the cocktails in tall glasses, and garnish with pineapple and fresh lime.

Notes

  • If you like more of a chunky slushie, add in crushed ice to the blender. The frozen fruit will make a great, thick pina colada, but you will likely not have the same crystalline texture that you will get with ice.
  • To make these kid friendly, omit the alcohol. You may want to add some ice to give it more of a “mocktail” vibe, rather than a smoothie!
