- 2 oz Dark rum
- 2 oz Malibu rum
- 4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- ½ cup Cream of coco
- ½ cup Pineapple juice
- 3 cups Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Lime juiced
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend the piña colada together on high power, until the fruit has broken down and the consistency is smooth.
Serve the cocktails in tall glasses, and garnish with pineapple and fresh lime.
- If you like more of a chunky slushie, add in crushed ice to the blender. The frozen fruit will make a great, thick pina colada, but you will likely not have the same crystalline texture that you will get with ice.
- To make these kid friendly, omit the alcohol. You may want to add some ice to give it more of a “mocktail” vibe, rather than a smoothie!
