Jose Cuervo Margarita Azul

- 3 oz Jose cuervo gold tequila
- ½ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Triple sec liqueur
- ¼ cup Blue curaçao liqueur
- 2 cups Ice divided
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
Rim the glasses: Using one of the cut and juiced limes, rim the glasses with lime juice. Dip the rim into the granulated sugar. Swish the glass around until the sugar has adhered to the glass. Repeat for the other glass, and set aside.

Shake the margarita: Add the ingredients to a shaker, with a scoop of ice. Shake for 30 seconds vigorously.
3 oz Jose cuervo gold tequila, ½ cup Lime juice, ¼ cup Triple sec liqueur, ¼ cup Blue curaçao liqueur, 2 cups Ice
Serve: Fill the glasses with ice, and strain the margarita out of the shaker, into the glasses.

- To get the most juice out of your limes, microwave the whole limes for 15-30 seconds, depending on the power of your microwave. You can also roll the whole limes while applying pressure through your hand, to get the juices flowing!
- If you prefer a sweeter margarita, add a squeeze of agave syrup to the mixture. You can also add an ounce of simple syrup to the margarita mixture, which is made by simmering equal parts sugar and water.
