Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Garlic

Grainy Mustard

Maple Syrup

Dried Thyme

Pepper

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Remove Silverskin: Using a paring knife, remove the silverskin.

Pat the Tenderloin Dry: Using a paper towel, dry the pork tenderloin of excess moisture.

Mix Sauce and Brush on Tenderloins: Combine all the ingredients for the maple mustard sauce, and whisk.
