Bush's BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Pile that delicious barbecue pulled pork on a slider bun, with coleslaw and Bush’s® Brown Sugar Hickory beans, and you’ve got the perfect celebration for summer long weekends!


Cut the pork shoulder into even size cubes. Season liberally with the all-purpose rub, or your rub of choice. Massage the rub in well.

Using the sauté function on the Instant Pot, sear the pork pieces on all sides until browned.

Top with chicken broth, and ½ a cup of barbecue sauce. Pressure cook on HIGH for 40 minutes and quick release once done.

Transfer the pork to a mixing bowl, and using two forks, pull the pork into shreds. You can add ½ a cup of the cooking liquid to the pork in the mixing bowl and discard the remainder.
