What's better than a grilled burger? Italian stuffed sliders, that's what! Stuffed with a delicious mix of goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and basil, these burgers are bursting with flavour.
Prepare the meat: In another mixing bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix enough to combine the spices, but do not over mix.
Prepare the burgers: Divide the ground beef mixture into 12 equal parts. Roll each section into a ball, and flatten the balls into patties that are approximately ½ cm thick.
