Sourdough Garlic Croutons

These sourdough garlic croutons are the perfect use for bakery bread that has gone a little too past its prime. Perfectly seasoned with fresh garlic and olive oil.

INGREDIENTS

Season the bread: In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed bread. Sprinkle with the dry seasoning, and toss well.

Oil the bread: Add the olive oil and fresh garlic while tossing the bread in the bowl. Coat evenly.

Bake the croutons: Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 30 minutes, until the croutons are golden brown and are crisp.
