Ingredients

  • ?1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts - cubed ?
  • ½ cup greek yogurt ?
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Juice of ½ lemon ?
  • Zest of 1 lemon ?
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste ?
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste ?
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala ?
  • 10 almonds?
  • 10 cashews ?

Instructions

  • ?In a blender, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Ensure that the almonds and cashews are thoroughly blended into a paste. ?
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, and let marinade for at least 2 hours. ?
  • Skewer the chicken on blanched skewers, and airfry for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
