Keg Copycat Cheesy Garlic Toast
As a former employee of The Keg, I sadly could never find out the recipe for my favourite appetizer, but I managed to come up with this Keg copycat cheesy garlic toast.
- 1 Loaf Ciabatta bread sliced in half horizontally
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Oregano to finish
Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Make the Garlic Spread: Mix all the ingredients except the oregano.
Prepare the Bread: Slice a loaf of French bread horizontally and generously spread the mix on other sides of the bread.
Bake: Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned.
Enjoy: Sprinkle with oregano to finish.
