Air fryer roasted garlic is an easy way to get sweet, mellow garlic in 30 minutes! Instead of slow roasting in the oven, this air fryer version requires no cleanup, and no oven preheating. If you are a roasted garlic fan, then you have got to try this.
Prepare the foil: Cut a large piece of aluminum foil, as this is going to make the pouch for the garlic.
Prepare the garlic: Cut off the top of the garlic bulbs, to expose the cloves. Place the garlic bulbs on the aluminium foil, cut-side up.
2 bulbs Garlic
Season: Drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper over the garlic bulbs. Pull up the sides of the foil to make a pouch, to seal off the garlic bulbs.
2 bulbs Garlic, ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon Sea salt, 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Air Fry: Place the pouch in the air fryer basket, and air fry on 375°F for 30 minutes. Once done, let the garlic cool before squeezing the cloves out.
