Mix together the filling: In a mixing bowl, add the plain cream cheese, scallions, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Combine well, and set aside.

Prepare the dough: Unroll the canned pizza dough, and cut into 16 equal sized pieces. The easiest way to do this is by cutting the dough into quarters, and then each quadrant into quarters again.

Make the bagel balls: Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the centre of the pizza dough piece. Fold the four corners in, and roll into a ball.
Brush with egg wash: Brush the top of the balls with a whisked egg, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Air fry: Air-fry the bagel balls for 8-9 minutes at 350°F. Keep an eye on them to be sure they do not brown too fast!
