This homemade feta dressing, packed with fresh basil, is a rendition on the oh-so popular whipped feta trend. It is the perfect dressing for a grilled corn salad, but can be made thick enough to spread on a sandwich too!   • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Half and half cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • ½ cup Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend together dressing: Into a blender, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Blend together until smooth, and at your desired consistency.

Notes

Adjust the amount of half and half cream you use, depending on if you wish to use this recipe as a dip or dressing. Use ¼ cup for a dressing consistency. Lessen the amount for a dip!
