Place the frozen steak fries into the air fryer and spray them with cooking spray. Air fry the steak fries for 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

To a mason jar or a measuring cup, add the ingredients for the lemon vinaigrette together, and whisk until combined.
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil, 1 Lemon, ½ teaspoon Dried oregano, 1 teaspoon Sea salt
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, feta cheese, garlic and chives to a small blender container. Top with milk, and blend until completely smooth. If you find that your blender is getting stuck, add some more milk to the mixture to loosen it up.

When the fries are cooked, spread them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Give the vinaigrette another quick whisk, and drizzle the fries with half of the vinaigrette, and toss the wedges while they are hot so they absorb the dressing better.
Top your potato wedges with the creamy feta dressing, chopped tomatoes and olives, and drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve.
