Feisty Greek-Style Feta Dip

This feisty greek-style feta dip is an easy to make, full of flavour dip. Packed with the right amount of spice, tang, and saltiness, you will find yourself spreading this on anything, and everything. All you need is your favourite feta, some peppers, and 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 4 Hot yellow peppers
  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic peeled

Instructions

  • Char the peppers: Add the red bell pepper and yellow hot peppers to an air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray, and air fry for 20 minutes at 390°F. Air fry until the skin of the peppers is charred.

  • Peel the peppers: Once the peppers are charred, let them cool down.Carefully remove the skin from the peppers. Scrape the seeds out of the red bell pepper. Keep the seeds in for the hot yellow peppers for a kick of spice.
  • Prepare the dip: Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until the dip is smooth.

Notes

  • To expedite peeling the skin off of the peppers, transfer the peppers to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. The steam will separate the skin from the peppers, and will peel off easily!
