Add the dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid. Screw on the lid, and shake vigorously to combine. Set aside.

Prepare the dressing

Chop the vegetables into bite-sized chunks. Add to a platter or a mixing bowl.

Chop and arrange vegetables

Top the vegetables with slices of feta cheese. Drizzle dressing on top.
