Tasty Individual Baked Apple Crumble Pots

Tart apples are spiced to perfection with the right amount of sweetness and topped with a delicious oat crumble topping. These individual apple crumbles come together quickly, and are ready in under 30 minutes!


Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Make the filling: Add the diced apples to a mixing bowl. Immediately after, squeeze the lemon juice over the apples to prevent the apples from oxidizing. Season the apples with all purpose flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Make the crumble: In another mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 15 second increments. Add the crumble ingredients to the melted butter, and stir until combined.

Assemble: Divide the apple filling among the individual ramekins or pots. Top with the crumble topping.

Bake: Bake the apple crumbles for 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
