In a large mixing bowl, mix together the yogurt with the spices and lime juice. Add in the chicken, red onion and bell pepper, and combine so that everything is coated. Once marinated, cook in a skillet.

Lightly wipe the skillet, and turn the heat to medium-low. Add one frozen paratha to the skillet. Cook through on both sides.

Once the paratha is fully cooked, remove it from the skillet. Pour half of the beaten egg mixture into the skillet, and swirl it so it fills the entire skillet.

Place the cooked paratha on top of the egg, and let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the egg is cooked. Remove the paratha once the egg is cooked, and repeat for the second one.
