Spicy Sausage Rigatoni Al Forno

Spicy Italian sausage, rigatoni with a bite, and a creamy but spicy rosé sauce, make for a soon-to-be family favourite!

In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage, taken out of the casing, in olive oil. Break the sausage apart.

Add the tomato paste and spices to the sausage, onion and garlic mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the cream in.

Add the cooked rigatoni, and half of the pasta water to the pot. Toss well.

Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, and top with torn bocconcini cheese. Broil for 5-10 minutes.
