Sourdough Croutons with Garlic

Stale bread gets a new lease of life in these delicious, crunchy Sourdough Croutons with Garlic croutons.

INGREDIENTS

In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed bread. Sprinkle with the dry seasoning, and toss well.

Add the olive oil and fresh garlic while tossing the bread in the bowl. Coat evenly.

Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet.Bake for 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container, in a cool area. These taste best if used within a week.
