Savoury Greek Shrimp and Feta Saganaki

This Greek shrimp & feta saganaki is a quick and easy skillet recipe. All you need is 20 minutes, and a skillet!

INGREDIENTS

Sauté the shallots and garlic in the skillet with olive oil.

Once the shallots and garlic are translucent, add the diced tomatoes and spices to the skillet.

Lower the heat to low, and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Nestle the shrimp in the sauce, and let the shrimp warm through for 2-3 minutes.
