Korean Chicken Rice Bowls

– Ground chicken – Edamame – Bosc pear cored and grated – Brown sugar – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Rice wine vinegar – Chilli flakes

Using a blender, blend together the ingredients for the marinade.

This is how the marinade will look. Set it aside while browning the ground chicken in a a tablespoon of olive oil.
