LIGHTENED UP "FRIED" PICKLES
Let it be known - if fried pickles are on a restaurant menu, there is a 99% chance that I will be ordering them.
INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
– pickles – all-purpose flour – eggs – seasoned breadcrumbs – garlic powder – onion powder – cayenne pepper – smoked paprika

Follow our easy instructions for success!
Create a 3-stage breading station, with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs with seasonings in three separate in breading dishes.
Coat the pickles in flour and dust off excess, dip in egg, and toss and coat in the breadcrumbs. Dip in egg again, and back in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the pickles in the air fryer, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
While the pickles are air frying, mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
