Lightened Up "Fried" Pickles

There is something so satisfying about these crunchy Lightened Up "Fried" Pickles in an even crunchier coating.

INGREDIENTS

Bread and butter

Flour

Breadcrumbs

Eggs

Garlic Powder

Onion powder

Cayenne pepper

Smoked paprika

Create a 3-stage breading station, with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs with seasonings in three separate in breading dishes.

Coat the pickles in flour and dust off excess, dip in egg, and toss and coat in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange the pickles in the air fryer, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

While the pickles are air frying, mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.

Tip: Try not to overcrowd the air fryer, so that all your pickles get evenly crispy.
