Coleslaw is the perfect side to your favourite barbecue dishes, along with some garlic smashed potatoes, of course.
Whether you are team creamy or team vinegar coleslaw, this honey lime coleslaw is sure to be a hit.
– coleslaw mix – green onion – mayonnaise – lime – garlic powder – onion powder
Mix the dressing together Add the dressing ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir well.
Dress the coleslaw Add the green onions to the cabbage mix, and top with the dressing.
EXPERT TIP If you are making this earlier in the day mix together the dressing in a big mixing bowl, and pour the cabbage mix on top.
Put in the refrigerator, and when you are ready to serve and eat, toss the coleslaw with the dressing. This will prevent soggy and watery coleslaw!
