Char the peppers Add the red bell pepper and yellow hot peppers to an air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray, and air fry for 20 minutes at 390°F.
Peel the peppers Once the peppers are charred, let them cool down. Carefully remove the skin from the peppers.
Prepare the dip Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until the dip is smooth.
To expedite peeling the skin off of the peppers, transfer the peppers to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. The steam will separate the skin from the peppers, and will peel off easily!
