Tortellini Antipasto Salad

Tossed in a light dressing, this Tortellini Antipasto Salad takes no time to make, and is perfect for a quick lunch.

INGREDIENTS

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.

In a jar with a lid, add the dressing ingredients together, and shake vigorously.

In a large bowl, add the pasta, and top with the salad add-ins. Top with the dressing, and toss.

This pasta salad keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Be sure to store it in an airtight container.
