Cut the chicken breasts into even, bite-sized pieces. Mix the chicken with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, garlic, and seasonings and spices.

Marinade for at least 30 minutes. The longer the chicken marinates, the better the flavour!

Skewer 6-8 bite-sized pieces per skewer.

If you are making these in the oven, I recommend preheating the oven to 375 degrees, and if in the air fryer I would preheat to 400 degrees.
