Cheesy Garlic Toast - A Keg Copycat!

As a former employee of The Keg, I sadly could never find out the recipe for my favourite appetizer, but I managed to come up with this copycat recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– Ciabatta bread – Butter softened – Mayonnaise – Cheddar cheese shredded – Mozzarella cheese shredded – Garlic minced – Oregano

Follow our easy instructions for success!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the oregano.

Slice a loaf of French bread horizontally and generously spread the mix on other sides of the bread.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned.

Sprinkle with oregano to finish. Serve and enjoy!
