Heat up a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in olive oil. Cook just until it's still rare.

Mix together the ingredients for the sauce, and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a drizzle more of olive oil. Sauté the onions and peppers until brown. Add the broccoli and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Add the noodles on top of the vegetables, and pour the sauce on top. Toss the noodles, and cover for 5 minutes to allow the noodles to steam, and the sauce to thicken.
