Baked Pork Tenderloin in Maple Mustard Sauce 

This maple mustard pork tenderloin is fuss free, but fancy enough to pass for a special occasion meal.

INGREDIENTS

– Pork tenderloins  – Dijon mustard – Grainy mustard – Garlic  – Maple syrup – Dried thyme – Salt and pepper

Step-by-step instructions!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Using a paring knife, remove the silverskin.

Using a paper towel, dry the pork tenderloin of excess moisture. This allows the sauce to stick.

Combine all the ingredients for the maple mustard sauce, and whisk.

Season the pork tenderloin on all sides, and brush the top with the mustard sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce.
